Billing questions
How does yearly billing work?
You pay once for twelve months at the price of ten: $49.90 for Starter, $89.90 for Pro, $169.90 for School. The plan renews a year later unless you cancel first.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account settings, with no notice period. Your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
Do you give refunds?
The first payment of a new subscription is refundable in full if you ask within 14 days of being charged. After that there are no refunds for part of a month or part of a year: cancel instead, and keep your plan until the period ends. The refund policy has the details.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Moving up to a bigger plan takes effect straight away. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
By credit or debit card, at checkout. Prices are in US dollars; if your card is in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate. Depending on your country, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.
We're a whole school. Is there a school licence?
The School plan is one subscription with up to 10 co-teachers on each class, which covers most departments. If you need more than that, or an invoice rather than a card payment, ask through the Help page inside the app.
If I start on Free and upgrade later, do I keep my classes?
Yes. Your classes, registers, marks and alignments stay exactly as they are. Upgrading only raises the limits.
